When shipping with us please ensure all shipping details are correct.
Details about the delivery are important as well, so make sure to tell us the type of address we are delivering to. (business, apartment, condo, house, basement suite etc.).
If the person is not located at the provided address or the address is incorrect, gated, closed or locked our driver will return the order to our store. To reattempt delivery the purchaser is responsible for paying for any additional delivery fees.
Please note: If you are sending outside of Vancouver and choose our courier option, there is a fee for returning the order to the store, in addition to the original delivery fee, and any additional delivery fee should you want the delivery sent again.
